Resources can only be nested one level

When nesting resources, this works:
mount Article do
mount Comment
end
But this does not:
mount Article do
mount Comment do
mount Reply
end
end
It generates incorrect resource paths. Here's the failing test case: http://github.com/nakajima/sinat....
